Yoga means to unite; to come together and make whole. For me, yoga has become a way of life. My passion is to bring yoga to everyone, so that you can move a little easier, feel a little better and become more connected to yourself. 

Our world moves so fast, our lives are so busy and our inner dialogue can often be self critical and judgmental. My classes will help you to connect with yourself, feel more balanced and stay grounded in a hectic world. Join me and release your inner awesome today.

Better balance for body and mind

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that combines strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

I teach an alignment-based Vinyasa style of yoga with a focus on creative movement, flow and dynamic sequencing. My aim is to provide a safe and nurturing space where you can bring greater balance to the body, connect body and mind and leave class feeling awesome.
